Sometimes, after an examination by a vet, we find that there is a severe medical condition that will shorten the lifespan of the dog. We are committed to providing our dog with the best quality of life possible for as long as possible. The dog is placed in our Paws 'N Program where it will live out the remainder of its life. Our dog remains with a foster parent and receives the care necessary for as long as necessary. Most importantly, the dog learns what it is like to be part of a family and loved.
I want to thank Diane for fostering Aster in our PAWS IN HANDS Program. I took Aster to our vet to get antibiotics for her ear infections and skin infections and found out that she also has an Arrhythmia, a heart murmur, and another Mass. She is severely vision impaired in her one eye she has left, possibly blind, she is definitely hard of hearing, possibly deaf. She will live out her life with one of the most caring people I know
I want to thank Sandy for fostering Tazz in our PAWS IN HANDS.
